PSE Certification — Japan Electrical Appliance Safety
PSE (Product Safety Electrical Appliance & Materials) is Japan’s mandatory safety certification system. YHYadapter provides PSE certification availability on select models for the Japanese market.
What is PSE Certification?
PSE marking is required under Japan’s Electrical Appliance and Material Safety Law (DENAN). Products in the specified category (特定電気用品) require the diamond PSE mark with third-party certification by a registered conformity assessment body such as JET.
PSE certification applies to specific electrical appliances; the applicable category and mark type (diamond vs. round) depend on the product classification.
Confirmed Model Evidence
Available by model — YHY-24005000 confirmed (EVID-015): PSE certification certificate JET 7374-61010-2007 covers the YHY-24005000 model, valid to 2028-10-02. Certification availability for other models depends on configuration, application and target market.
