General Questions
We are a manufacturer with our own factory located in Shenzhen, China. We integrate R&D, production, and sales (Industry and Trade Integrated).
YHYadapter is located in Fuyong, Baoan, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. You are welcome to visit our facility or request a video tour to see our production lines and aging test rooms.
Our factory has a monthly capacity of approximately 500,000 units. We operate multiple automated production lines to ensure timely delivery for bulk orders.

Product Specs & Quality Control
We have 3 product lines that includes AC-DC power adapters, battery chargers, and PD chargers.
Our products comply with global safety standards. Most of our AC-DC adapters hold UL, cUL, FCC, TUV-GS, CB, PSE, RCM, KC, ETL, NOM, BIS, CE, CCC，Safety Mark, S-mark certifications. If you require a specific certification for your local market, please let us know.
Our standard AC-DC adapters meet the latest DoE Level VI energy efficiency standards, ensuring low no-load power consumption and high efficiency during operation.
Yes, we manufacture power supplies that meet IEC 60601 medical safety standards. Please specify your application requirements, and our engineering team will recommend the appropriate solution.
We offer a 3-5 years warranty (or longer upon request) for our AC-DC power adapters. If there are any defective units due to manufacturing issues within the warranty period, we will provide replacements in your next order.
Quality is our top priority. We implement a strict QC process including incoming material inspection (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC), and final inspection (FQC). 100% of our power adapters undergo a 2-4 hours full-load burn-in test before packaging to ensure reliability and minimize the defect rate.
Customization & OEM/ODM
Yes, we specialize in OEM and ODM services. We can customize the product label, box design, and user manual with your brand logo. Additionally, we can modify technical specs like DC cable length, connector type (e.g., USB-C, DC Barrel), and output voltage/current to fit your device.
For standard products with custom labels, the MOQ is typically 100 pcs. For fully customized power solutions (new mold or PCBA design), the MOQ may vary. Please contact our sales team for a specific quote.
Orders & Payment
Yes, we provide 1-2 free samples for most standard models so you can verify quality and compatibility. The customer typically covers the shipping cost (freight collect or prepaid).
We accept T/T, Visa/Mastercard, PayPal.
For samples, the lead time is 3-5 days. For mass production, it usually takes 15-20 days after confirming the order and deposit. Urgent orders can be negotiated(it could be just for 1 day for samples, just 7 days for mass production ).
- Inquiry & Specs: Send us your detailed requirements, including: required DC Output (V/A/W), Product Type(wall-mount/desktop), Plug Type (US/EU/UK/AU/C6/C8/C14, etc.), Connector Type (e.g., 5.5*2.1mm DC barrel, USB-C PD), Wire length and target quantity.
- Quotation & Compliance: We will provide a comprehensive quote and product specification, highlighting the safety standards (e.g., UL/CE/CB certified) and Level VI energy efficiency achieved by the recommended model.
- Sample & Quality Review: You confirm the physical sample to ensure compatibility and quality. We provide supporting test reports (e.g., Hi-Pot Test data) upon request.
- Production & Follow-up: After the deposit, production starts. We welcome remote factory audits and provide weekly production updates until the order is ready for final inspection and balance payment.
Shipping & Delivery
We support EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Hong Kong, CIF, and DDP. We can ship via sea freight, DDP sea freight line, air cargo, air freight DDP line or express couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) depending on your timeline and budget.
The total time depends on two factors: production lead time and shipping method.
- Production Lead Time: Typically 15-20 days for mass orders after deposit confirmation. Custom or complex orders may require additional time.
- Shipping Transit Time:
- Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 4-7 business days globally (ideal for small/urgent orders).
- Air Freight: 7-15 days, depending on the destination airport.
- Air Freight DDP Line: 12-15 days, dedicated shipping line, door-to-door service with customs clearance and tax included.
- Sea Freight: 25-45 days, depending on the destination port (most economical for large volumes).
- DDP Sea Freight Line: 20-25 days / 25-30 days / 35-45 days, all-inclusive shipping with customs clearance, door-to-door delivery.
- DDP Trucking: 25-35 days, door-to-door delivery with all customs duties and taxes included

Absolutely. As an export-oriented manufacturer based in Shenzhen, we ship our AC-DC power adapters to clients globally.
We have extensive experience managing international logistics and customs clearance documentation. We can ship to nearly any country and offer various trade terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), allowing you to choose the option that best manages your import duties and logistics complexity.
